Are You Aware?
Do you know what you continually think about grows stronger? That includes, ideas, emotions, and what you think about someone else.
Thoughts are “seedlings” and once thought, are “planted”. As you continue to think those thoughts, they are “watered” and grow stronger.
Likewise, ideas increase when they are shared. Whatever you mentally think about, physically affects you. So, whenever you think unkindly of something, or someone, it is you who will be hurt.
We receive what we give to others, therefore, by giving good thoughts to others, we heal ourselves. Patience with another is really patience with ourselves. That’s why learning to love ourselves is not so easy. It actually means disciplining our thoughts about all things, good and bad.
Gratitude also grows bigger and stronger when thought about. Being grateful for everything releases the power of love inside you. Nothing is more powerful or more healing in all the Universe.
Be grateful for lessons learned, experiences shared, even seeing how another lives so you can learn from their journeys. Gratitude will bring you blessings, opportunities, and peace.
Therefore, guard your thoughts. Think of others’ kindnesses instead of dwelling on their mistakes. Think about their moments of thoughtfulness, instead of counting hurts. Don’t brush aside the good in others just because you don’t agree.
We are all on a Journey of Discovery. We are all worthy. We are all the same. Just in different covers.
