According to the Federal Census Bureau, the aging population is growing faster every year. Largely due to the Baby Boomer generation, people turning age 65 grew from 35 million in 2000 to 49.2 million in 2016. The Boomer generation began turning 65 in 2011 and the numbers haven’t stopped growing since. Check here for a report on aging: www.census.gov.
