Releasing Fear Gives You Strength
Fear is the belief that some situation or someone may cause you pain and suffering. It is the belief that you won’t succeed with the outcome.
Everyone feels afraid at some time in life. What you do about it, is the real question.
When facing a situation, or someone, of whom you are afraid, you need help. Externally, you may talk to someone. Internally, you may also talk to someone – your Inner Guide – and ask for support.
Fear is the belief what you are facing will be upsetting, painful, or threatening. Whether external or internal, when facing Fear, the answer is the same.
Only you can conquer the feeling of insecurity, inadequacy, inability. How do you do it? Depending on what it is, here are a few suggestions.
It’s up to you:
Acknowledge the fact that you are afraid.
Befriend yourself and know that someone loves you, even if it is yourself.
Ask for help out loud, either to someone, or to a Higher Being inside you.
Listen to your inner council…an answer will form in your mind.
Accept the idea of how to act. Externally, accept the help that is offered.
Breathe deeply, and decide to act.
Release the fear.
While a situation could be physical or mental, emotional, or spiritual, realize that you have the capacity to face the outcome. Facing fear is not a simple situation, depending on what is involved.
But, realize you are not alone. Reach inside, and love yourself, first. Then, reach outwardly, and face your fears with the answers that have come to you.
